American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Fort Worth is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fort Worth follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Super cute shop with delicious scones and cookies! They sell out quickly though, so I recommend getting there early if you have a particular flavor you want.

So great. Farm to Table seasonally appropriate flavors. Artfully imagined. Loved the not overly sweet coconut cream this week. Ginger plumβs tangy pizzaz last week. Happy to discover chefβs savory tomato basil, cheddar bacon and cheddar herb options, All in and tooting chefβs horn to anyone I can tell about it.

Omg, the cheddar scallion scone? Amazing! And the vanilla with icing? Even more delish! So happy for the owners on opening their new store! I fear this may become a new addiction! Delish!
